STORY

The Chevrolet Camaro was introduced in 1966 as a direct response to the Ford Mustang, which was already dominating the pony car market in the United States. Chevrolet wanted to create a car that was both accessible and powerful, combining style, performance, and versatility to appeal to a young, speed-loving audience. The first generation, marketed in 1967, already offered a range of engines, from modest six-cylinders to powerful V8s, allowing every driver to find a Camaro to suit their taste and budget.

Over the decades, each new generation has adapted, incorporating design and technology improvements, while remaining true to its iconic muscle car DNA.
